Retrieve Your Student ID Number

Note: Due to FERPA regulations, student ID numbers will not be given out over the phone.

This request is for already existing students only. If you have not attended SWIC (formerly known as Belleville Area College) previously, you must submit a New Student Information form.

Check any old paperwork or emails from SWIC. Your student id number may be on official correspondence such as a billing statement. If you have a student id card, your student id number will be printed on it. Your student id number is an eight digit number that will start with either a one or a two.
